Center of Excellence
A "Center of Excellence" is a facility that has extensive experience with Medullary Thyroid Cancer. We cannot overemphasize the importance of being treated by specialists. In many cases, only an endocrinologist or endocrine surgeon who has treated dozens or hundreds of cases will have the kind of experience needed to help you maneuver through treatment decisions.
We do not claim that this is a comprehensive list - it mainly is reported by other MTC survivors. If your physician is not listed, you may add their name or send an email to Casey.
